The Katharion Service Infrastructure and Network Operations are monitored 24x7x365 via redundant, geographically distributed monitoring systems.

In addition to sophisticated monitoring, Katharion customers receive ongoing, responsive telephone and web-based support. Katharion includes unlimited technical support as part of its core service offering, rather than treating support as an additional fee-based service. Large enterprise and ISP customers are assigned a primary support contact, in addition to having access to the general support team.
